Warranty service by Jupio Europe BV
Jupio will only charge you for shipping- and handling costs for its warranty service. The height of these costs depend on the products age.

12 – 24 months €7,50
24 – 36 months €12,50

Procedure
If you prefer a warranty service through Jupio Europe BV, please follow the following return procedure:

1. Fill in the form below and send it to us.
2. Check your e-mail for further instructions (also check your spam folder)
3. If the product will be replaced by us we will ask you to return the defective product. Pack the defective product carefully and add a copy of the original invoice. Return the defective product to the address below. Make sure the package is sufficiently stamped. Unstamped or COD parcels will be refused.

When we receive your package we will send back a new or repaired product to the address you provided. If any shipping- and handling costs are applicable you will receive an invoice by e-mail from us. When we receive your payment we will ship out the product.
